The position, but not limited to:
- Managing a tidy portfolio - within a 10km proximiy to the office
- Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
- PCRs outsourced | No trust
- No leasing
- Inspections required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience managing own residential real estate portfolio is ESSENTIAL
- Positive can-do attitude | Excellent time management
- Exceptional communication & Quality negotiation skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Work well in a team environment
