The role:
- Build relationships with investor clients
- Convert warm leads into managements
- Grow the rent roll organically
- Conduct client meetings and maintain relationships
- Work closely with internal referral channels
- Deliver exceptional customer service
About you:
- Previous Property Management or BDM experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Professional, driven and commercially minded
- WA registration or currently working towards it
